About the role
- FP&A Specialist supporting the financial planning and analysis processes at Dafiti. Involves budget construction, variance analysis, and data consolidation with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct variance analyses, identify root causes of deviations between actuals and plan, and propose corrective action plans.
- Build, maintain, and optimize financial models and analytical frameworks.
- Consolidate and interpret financial and operational data, actively calibrating business assumptions for projections and scenario analyses.
- Prepare financial performance presentations in English for the Board of Directors and shareholders.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong experience in financial modeling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 - Advanced): direct and frequent contact with global teams.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, autonomy, and a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of VBA/Macros and SQL is a plus.
