About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the design team in creating flows, wireframes, and interfaces for digital products;
- Collaborate in organizing research, usability testing, and gathering user insights;
- Assist in building and updating user journeys, experience maps, and other UX artifacts;
- Help create medium- and high-fidelity prototypes;
- Contribute to the application of the Design System, ensuring visual and experience consistency;
- Participate in product team rituals (reviews, refinements, dailies, workshops);
- Organize design team files, documentation, and learnings;
- Receive continuous feedback and apply learnings iteratively.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, UX, Digital Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related field;
- Interest in Product Design, UX/UI, and digital products;
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma;
- Understanding of usability, visual hierarchy, and interaction design;
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback;
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and learning opportunities simultaneously;
- Portfolio (academic or personal) with UX/UI or Product Design projects (plus);
- Previous experience (academic, volunteer, or personal) with digital products (plus);
- Interest in Service Design and user-journey thinking (plus);
- Basic familiarity with collaborative tools (Miro, FigJam, Notion) (plus).
