- Sales Strategy and Operations Manager at Equinix managing sales growth strategies with leaders. Responsible for planning processes, reporting, and identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manages the development of global or GTM (Corp, Field, etc.) sales growth strategies with Sales Leaders to achieve Equinix Sales objectives
- Engages with global or regional senior management to identify and prioritize key sales programs
- Leads annual sales planning processes for the largest Sales Region, GTM, or on a global basis
- Manages reporting and dashboard production every quarter for global or global GTM-specific basis
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve/automate new and existing sales operations processes for Sales Region and will share best practices across Sales Regions
