Responsibilities
Manages the development of global or GTM (Corp, Field, etc.) sales growth strategies with Sales Leaders to achieve Equinix Sales objectives
Engages with global or regional senior management to identify and prioritize key sales programs
Leads annual sales planning processes for the largest Sales Region, GTM, or on a global basis
Manages reporting and dashboard production every quarter for global or global GTM-specific basis
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve/automate new and existing sales operations processes for Sales Region and will share best practices across Sales Regions
Requirements
10+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required
