Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives and change management strategies
• Create persuasive written content for internal and audiences and some external audiences via thought leadership messaging for executives
• Design visually engaging materials such as presentations, infographics, and digital assets to support campaigns and change initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and project teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging during organizational changes.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of change and communication initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to optimize engagement.

Requirements

• Proven years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
• Proficiency in visual content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience supporting change management communications in a corporate environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with change initiatives focused on driving a data-driven culture and AI.
• Experience with social media strategy and analytics.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
