Responsibilities
Develop complex change management approaches, plans, and tactics for large and complex change management initiatives to support Electric Operations.
Able to navigate the organization and understand complex inter-relationships of various groups, operations, systems or processes to be able to identify risks, impacts and strategies that will help drive change management strategy and plans.
Advise and communicate risks and strategies to senior leadership.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Lead development of change management programs, goals, and success measures.
Oversee tasks and activities pertaining to projects requiring advanced organizational and analytical skills.
Mentor less experienced change management practitioners and provide subject matter expertise.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business.
8 years of related experience or equivalent.
Experience in coaching, mentoring and training others within the scope of change management.
Master’s Degree in job-related discipline (desired).
Prosci Change Management Certification or other industry recognized certification (desired).
Two years professional experience in Safety (desired).
Ability to use understanding of the business to help drive strategic decision making, and to recommend operational improvements.
Deep knowledge and expertise of business and or industry drivers.
Ability to lead large and complex projects working with cross-functional teams.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (desired).
Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making ability.
