Responsibilities
Partner with leaders across the enterprise to drive high performance and execute business goals and priorities.

Work closely with peer managers, other departments outside of Finance Enterprise Reporting & Analytics, and others across the enterprise leadership team on the assessment of value-creating improvements, including complex analysis and modeling. Process improvements, including root cause analyses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Finance; or equivalent experience
2 years of experience leading and developing teams
5 years in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or related experience
Ability to execute tactically as well as depict the whole idea/analysis strategically for Leadership teams across the enterprise, working independently
Comfort interfacing with higher levels of the organization when communicating results and making recommendations
Ability to synthesize research, provide perspective, and develop implications for various stakeholders
Strong, clear, and concise presentation and communication skills
Leadership experience
Understands utility accounting fundamentals and the PG&E cost model to consult on program issues
Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
Passion for understanding stakeholder needs and requirements
