Organizing Stakeholder Meetings: Arranging and leading kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders.

Quality Control: Reviewing all submitted data for completeness and accuracy.
Facilitating Audit Walkthroughs: Planning and leading on-site reviews and documenting observations.
Managing Additional Data Requests: Handling new or follow-up data requests.
Responding to Audit Findings: Developing responses and improvement plans based on final audit reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
7 years of relevant working experience
4 years of experience in compliance (preferably with CPUC)
PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
Experience conducting audits and ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
Ability to visualize, analyze, and optimize workflows across diverse functions.
Skilled in developing clear, concise guidance documents and standard operating procedures.
Certified in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or recognized as a Certified Problem Solver.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments.
