About the role
- Independently lead national and international influencer marketing campaigns for top clients in the beauty and FMCG sectors
- Act as a strategic advisor, guide the operations team, and serve as the central liaison between clients, creators, and internal teams
- Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies in close collaboration with the client service team
- Lead client calls, project kick-offs, and status meetings
- Manage the entire creator onboarding process – from talent sourcing and briefing to contract negotiations and coordination with management teams
- Ensure brand fit, tone of voice, and quality standards are maintained across all content
- Take responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and performance reporting
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in influencer, social media, or brand marketing – ideally within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of creator strategies, platform mechanics, and performance KPIs
- Proven track record managing complex client projects and large budgets
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Passion for brand building, social trends, and creative storytelling
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
