Responsibilities
Independently lead national and international influencer marketing campaigns for top clients in the beauty and FMCG sectors
Act as a strategic advisor, guide the operations team, and serve as the central liaison between clients, creators, and internal teams
Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies in close collaboration with the client service team
Lead client calls, project kick-offs, and status meetings
Manage the entire creator onboarding process – from talent sourcing and briefing to contract negotiations and coordination with management teams
Ensure brand fit, tone of voice, and quality standards are maintained across all content
Take responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and performance reporting
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in influencer, social media, or brand marketing – ideally within an agency environment
Strong understanding of creator strategies, platform mechanics, and performance KPIs
Proven track record managing complex client projects and large budgets
Confident communication and presentation skills
Passion for brand building, social trends, and creative storytelling
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
