Responsibilities

  • You lead challenging business software projects in the HR Payroll area and take responsibility for smooth implementation
  • You guide and advise clients through all project phases, ensuring solution-oriented collaboration
  • You take ownership of requirements management, analyze existing processes, and develop efficient workflows
  • You deliver practical training and facilitate workshops to design appropriate and sustainable solutions together with clients
  • You act as the interface between developers and clients and ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the project

Requirements

  • Completed further training or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or HR Payroll (Swiss Federal Diploma [Eidg. FA] in HR or Social Insurance)
  • Solid professional experience and strong expertise in HR Payroll and social insurance matters
  • High interest and enthusiasm for digitalization topics, new technologies, project management, and business analysis
