About the role

  • ICT-Support Engineer providing 2nd- to 3rd-level support and solving technical issues. Working closely with developers and managing IT infrastructure with flexibility in Bern.

Responsibilities

  • You handle incidents in 2nd- to 3rd-level support and find efficient solutions
  • You analyze and resolve more complex technical problems
  • You remediate issues directly by phone, remote access, or on-site
  • You take care of infrastructure, from servers to networks
  • You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., guides)
  • You manage user accounts and permissions
  • You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders in the company

Requirements

  • Completed education in IT or comparable professional experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and M365/Azure
  • Proven professional experience in ICT support
  • Driving license category B is an advantage
  • German spoken and written (C1)
  • English at least basic knowledge (B2)
