About the role

• Cloud Developer creating modern Cloud solutions on SAP BTP at p36 GmbH. Developing with JavaScript/TypeScript, responsible for documentation, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• You develop innovative cloud solutions on SAP BTP, bringing fresh ideas from the first line of code to stable production and serving as a point of contact for our customers, staying close to their challenges.
• You build modern cloud solutions—primarily using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as SAPUI5 and CAP—and take solutions from initial prototype to stable operation.
• You take ownership of the solutions you develop and handle aspects such as documentation, testing, and operations.
• You are part of an agile software development team and keep customer value at the center.
• You think pragmatically and with curiosity—for example by using artificial intelligence and automation.
• After go-live, you support production, take feedback seriously, and help iteratively improve our solutions.

Requirements

• You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification and 1–2 years of practical experience developing cloud-native applications and APIs (e.g., through projects, working student roles, or an initial full-time position).
• You are confident with JavaScript/TypeScript and technologies such as SQL, Node.js, REST, OData, git, HTML, and CSS.
• Initial experience with SAPUI5 or CAP is a plus.
• You are willing to learn, a team player, and eager to take on responsibility—with a focus on quality and user value.
• You are communicative: you can use German and English well and can explain complex topics clearly.
• You enjoy taking responsibility for solutions and further developing them together with users and the team.
