Requirements

- Proven track record of 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Exposure to drug development and portfolio management
- Leadership in complex environments
- Experience driving multi-functional projects
- Collaborated across international, multidisciplinary drug development teams
- Strategic experience through senior roles in the full drug development lifecycle or strategy firms
- Critical thinking and advanced analytics with data science principles
- Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization
