About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing new business and existing relationships to Huntington.
- Develops and maintains profitable Banking relationships within the mortgage ecosystem.
- Meets with business owners to build strong relationships, understand their business needs, recommends business solutions from across the bank and negotiates pricing and fees.
- Works well within a team environment and collaborates closely with internal partners to deliver customer solutions.
- Boards all new relationships, working effectively with internal teams which include compliance, operations and treasury.
- Monitors daily overdrafts, no activity, daily balances, rate pricing accuracy, ongoing fee pricing, account analysis accuracy, wire activity and potential errors that may arise.
- Attends monthly client calls with customer and daily/weekly/monthly internal calls as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in an administrative role within Commercial Banking and Mortgage processes.
- 3 or more years’ experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- 2 or more years’ proficiency with Maximum Mortgage Calculator (MAX).
- 2 or more years’ experience using TM Mortgage protection plans, forms and completion, Account Analysis Reviews, Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and Overdraft procedures (OD)
