Senior Agency Partner developing strong relationships with Omnicom agencies and driving revenue growth for Ozone. Collaborating across teams and presenting media proposals to clients.
Responsibilities
Research, source, develop and manage strong relationships with an allocated Omnicom agency portfolio
Grow existing business from within the agencies, as well as unlock new business opportunities.
Continuously educate about the advertising and product solutions from Ozone's high attention ecosystem
Present media proposals to both existing and prospective clients
Identify opportunities for improving Omnicom agency media and revenue performance.
Develop internal business plans to analyze opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and agency development targets.
Work collaboratively across teams, working closely with internal marketing, Ad Ops, ad managers, and client sales
Create a comprehensive agency communication plan for agency engagement
Mentor others and demonstrate commitment to team objectives.
Requirements
Extensive experience working with Omnicom agencies where strong relations have been developed through selling digital advertising, including display and video solutions
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience of sourcing, developing and maintaining new business relationships that drive revenue growth.
Excellent presentation, organization and communication skills.
Excellent people manager, or the potential to be.
