About the role
- Senior Agency Partner developing strong relationships with Omnicom agencies and driving revenue growth for Ozone. Collaborating across teams and presenting media proposals to clients.
Responsibilities
- Research, source, develop and manage strong relationships with an allocated Omnicom agency portfolio
- Grow existing business from within the agencies, as well as unlock new business opportunities.
- Continuously educate about the advertising and product solutions from Ozone's high attention ecosystem
- Present media proposals to both existing and prospective clients
- Identify opportunities for improving Omnicom agency media and revenue performance.
- Develop internal business plans to analyze opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and agency development targets.
- Work collaboratively across teams, working closely with internal marketing, Ad Ops, ad managers, and client sales
- Create a comprehensive agency communication plan for agency engagement
- Mentor others and demonstrate commitment to team objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with Omnicom agencies where strong relations have been developed through selling digital advertising, including display and video solutions
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience of sourcing, developing and maintaining new business relationships that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent presentation, organization and communication skills.
- Excellent people manager, or the potential to be.
