About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-person team for operational and strategic procurement in the fiber optic domain.
- Develop processes and methods to manage partner capacity and utilization.
- Design appropriate measures to address price, capacity and market changes and support their implementation.
- Responsible for implementing framework agreements, managing change orders and ensuring budget compliance.
- Develop procurement strategies and processes for planning, construction and installation services.
- Independently conduct purchasing, pricing and contract negotiations, prepare tenders and analyze incoming offers in coordination with specialist departments.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic procurement, preferably in planning, construction and installation services.
- Some initial experience leading a team is desirable.
- Willingness to take responsibility, proactively contribute to shaping processes and celebrate team successes.
- Ideally, knowledge of the technical requirements and various methods for deploying fiber optic infrastructure.
- Strong negotiation skills, persuasive communication and a confident manner when dealing with partners.
- Ability to present complex topics clearly and convincingly.
- Degree in business administration, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical-commercial qualification.
