About the role
- Senior Controller overseeing financial planning and rolling forecasts in a startup atmosphere. Collaborating with different departments and ensuring proper reporting for stakeholder decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation of company-wide planning and regular rolling forecasts
- Define financial and performance KPIs and areas for analysis
- Coordinate data collection and develop actionable recommendations

- Maintain relevant reporting and decision-support materials for various stakeholders
- Support various departments on all commercial/financial queries

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience (ideally around five years or more) in controlling or controlling-related functions
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Structured approach to numbers and complex issues

- Solid methodological skills
- Ability to communicate in German and English (minimum B2 level)
