About the role

  • Financial Analyst managing payments, contracts, and budget analysis for Colliers. Ensuring compliance and optimizing financial processes in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Control payments and invoices for service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts, deadlines, and internal policies
  • Create, monitor, and adjust Purchase Orders (POs) in Ariba, ensuring proper resource allocation and budget compliance
  • Analyze and validate preliminary billing, identifying inconsistencies and proposing solutions to optimize financial processes
  • Monitor and review the area's annual budget, prepare financial projections, and identify cost-reduction opportunities
  • Perform financial reconciliations and manage cash flow, ensuring accuracy of accounting entries and integrity of financial information
  • Monitor supplier performance by analyzing KPIs and ensuring quality and compliance with established SLAs
  • Participate in contract review and renegotiation to secure improved financial and operational terms for the company
  • Implement continuous improvements in financial and operational processes, proposing innovative solutions to optimize the area

Requirements

  • Reside in or be available to work in Osasco, SP
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Solid experience in financial control, contract management, accounts payable/receivable, and budget analysis (mandatory)
  • Proficiency with Ariba for creating and managing POs and interfacing with suppliers
  • Advanced Excel (financial analyses, dashboards, report automation)
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Analytical, organized, and highly capable of problem solving
