About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Food and Beverage projects in a team-oriented environment
  • Ensure project goals for safety, quality, and profitability are met
  • Lead client discussions and manage all project activities
  • Develop aggressive schedules and prepare project estimates
  • Mentor junior project managers and guide project teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Minimum of ten years related experience and/or training
  • Minimum of seven continuous years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects
  • Five years’ experience managing all disciplines for design/build projects
  • Knowledge of contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management
  • Proven record in increasing project profitability
  • Managed all project activities on projects in excess of $10 million
  • Knowledgeable in technical aspects of engineering and design disciplines
