About the role

Responsibilities
- Provides hands-on execution support for standard network remediation activities under guidance of senior engineers.

- Perform pre-check and post-check validations, collect evidence, and document outcomes accurately.
- Support remediation task tracking, follow-ups for failed changes, and coordination of repeat attempts.
- Maintain accurate inputs for reporting on remediation completion, success rates, and schedule adherence.
Requirements
- Two or more years of direct, hands-on network operations experience in production environments.
- Experience working within formal change windows and following documented implementation plans.
- Hospital information technology experience strongly preferred; broader healthcare experience preferred.
- Certifications desirable: Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent.
