Requirements
- Technical University degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or quality assurance
- Fluent in Finnish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of Quality Management systems and Lean/Six Sigma principles (Black Belt preferred)
