  • Analista de Pós-Venda managing customer relationships and driving business growth at CIGAM. Focused on retention, upsell opportunities, and executing commercial negotiations with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer portfolio with a focus on retention, growth and monetization of the base.
  • Identify business opportunities (upsell and cross-sell), proactively engaging with customers.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations, including contract renewals, price adjustments, upgrades and the sale of new solutions and services.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer needs.
  • Perform sales of licenses, services and solutions, managing the entire sales cycle through to closing.
  • Participate in contract renegotiations, seeking a balance between customer satisfaction and business profitability.
  • Build relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers to expand commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings and visits focused on generating new demand and strengthening commercial relationships.
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for commercial requests, coordinating internally when necessary.
  • Identify strategic customers for developing case studies and strengthening the brand.
  • Monitor the customer lifecycle, anticipating cancellation risks and acting to retain revenue.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate studies in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Management Processes
  • Knowledge of:
