About the role
- Analista Inteligência de Crédito aiding credit management and data analysis in a leading construction company. Collaborating with multiple teams to improve credit policies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and calculating the company's provision for doubtful debts (allowance for doubtful accounts) and in defining credit policies.
- Serve as a liaison for publishing data for both the Tenda and Alea portfolios.
- Support the team with indicator analyses that aid credit decision-making.
- Assist in integration among partner areas (Credit, Collections, Business, Finance, BI, and Technology), helping ensure conceptual alignment of the data.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of credit management processes, identifying structural adjustments to models, rules, metrics, and data governance.
- Act as support on critical, complex, or strategic requests, assisting analysts and leadership in problem resolution and in developing robust solutions.
- Work with current and legacy provisioning methodologies for credit losses (allowance for doubtful accounts) and credit policies.
- Promote continuous integration and collaboration across related areas to improve data understanding and align analyses with business strategy.
- Help develop and validate advanced reports on the credit portfolios of Tenda and ALEA operations.
- Help ensure the extraction and manipulation of large-scale data using SQL, Python, and/or other tools or languages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in SQL.
