About the role
- Júnior Business Analyst at Construtora Tenda supporting project coordination tasks in residential construction. Involvement in market intelligence and development of business dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the development of project launches and the start of construction in partnership with the responsible areas (legalization, GETEC (Technical Management), real estate legal department, and financing with Caixa Econômica Federal) to ensure project stages are aligned, synchronized and deliver the expected results, using management tools (schedules in Excel or other tools) and regular team meetings;
- Interact with market intelligence, technical budgeting and financial planning teams to prepare launch books for internal committees;
- Coordinate committee agendas;
- Collect and consolidate all information for each development in an organized manner—via folders, spreadsheets and data sheets from all areas—to serve as a knowledge reference and product owner;
- Monitor launch schedules and the control of financing with Caixa Econômica Federal to ensure launches and the viability of disbursements;
- Research market and competitor trends (product, locations, permits, etc.);
- Consolidate management information for the Business Directorate;
- Create and update dashboards to track Business Development and prospecting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project and Power BI;
- Desirable
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, construction handover/delivery, arranging financing with Caixa Econômica Federal, project legalization and urban legislation for the City of São Paulo and the São Paulo Metropolitan Region (Master Plan, Land Use and Occupation Law, Building Code and environmental legislation), and incorporation law.
