About the role
- Backoffice Analyst at Ouribank ensuring operational support in currency exchange. Collaborating across departments for compliance and process efficiency with required oversight.
Responsibilities
- Support FX backoffice routines, including reconciliation, recording, settlement and monitoring of transactions.
- Ensure documentary compliance of foreign exchange transactions by performing validations according to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with operational controls and meeting deadlines, ensuring proper formalization of transactions.
- Support the team in responding to internal and external requests related to FX transactions.
- Contribute to organizing information, controls and operational reports for the area.
- Work collaboratively with partner teams, maintaining clear and objective communication.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
- Previous experience in FX backoffice;
- Intermediate English (mandatory);
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Availability to work 3x/week at Av. Paulista.
