Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or related.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering change management, product data management, or similar.
Proficiency in item/BOM Management principles.
Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Capacity for holistic thinking (integrating facts and details).
Cooperative, patient, and supportive demeanor.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Willingness to travel to Finland for the initial training period.
