Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of elevators while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for promptly addressing customer needs and inquiries.
  • Grow repair and modernization work volumes through networking and participation in tender processes.
  • Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
  • Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipelines, and sales forecasts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts, ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including fellow sales representatives and field colleagues.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, engineering/technical field, or business management
  • Initial experience in selling technical products
  • Strong customer-service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • High level of commitment and reliability, with a results-driven mindset
  • Target-oriented and able to work at a sustained pace within a demanding, complex organization
