Marketing Communication Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives in Denmark and Norway. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the rollout of local marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Coordinate with internal brand team, vendors and agencies for production and delivery of marketing materials.
Adapt global content for local use, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy.
Manage creation of localized assets, including brochures, social media posts, and email templates.
Support organization of regional events, congresses, webinars, and sponsorships.
Track campaign performance and report on KPIs such as engagement, leads, and conversions.
Liaise with local leadership, clinical teams, and admin teams to align marketing efforts.
Act as the primary point of contact for regional inquiries and requests.
Support budget tracking and invoice processing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or support roles
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing, social media)
Very good language skills in English, Danish and Norwegian
It´s meritorious if you have experience in regional or international environments
