About the role
- Marketing Communication Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives in Denmark and Norway. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of local marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Coordinate with internal brand team, vendors and agencies for production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Adapt global content for local use, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy.
- Manage creation of localized assets, including brochures, social media posts, and email templates.
- Support organization of regional events, congresses, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Track campaign performance and report on KPIs such as engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Liaise with local leadership, clinical teams, and admin teams to align marketing efforts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional inquiries and requests.
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or support roles
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing, social media)
- Very good language skills in English, Danish and Norwegian
- It´s meritorious if you have experience in regional or international environments
