About the role
- L2 Network Engineer providing technical support across complex networks for enterprise customers at Orro. Focused on resolving network issues and technical faults in a hands-on capacity.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN environments
- Act as an escalation point for the wider support team
- Diagnose and resolve complex network faults across Cisco, Meraki, and Juniper infrastructure
- Support and maintain Cisco Wireless environments including AirOS and 9800 WLC platforms
- Work with Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNA C) as part of day-to-day operations and fault resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Participate in on-call rotation to support after-hours incident response
Requirements
- A current CCNA, CCNP, or higher Cisco certification
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN in a service provider environment
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco Wireless (AirOS, 9800 WLC) and Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNA C)
- Strong diagnostic and fault resolution skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Experience with Juniper routing and switching, Cisco Catalyst SDWAN, Infoblox, or Cisco Firewall (ASA, Firepower) is a bonus
