About the role
- Supporting the execution and monitoring of educational programs and volunteering at Instituto Orizon Social. Engaging with local communities to promote sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and development of Instituto Orizon Social’s Volunteer Program.
- Support the development of employee engagement campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with Orizon units.
- Assist in creating a training program for teachers.
- Assist in the curation of cultural projects.
- Support the organization of project media and indicators.
- Support the coordination of partnerships with Departments of Education.
- Serve as a focal point for activities in schools.
- Apply participatory methodologies aligned with environmental and climate education.
- Support and conduct guided visits within the "Circular Experience" program.
- Monitor the progress of third-party services.
- Prepare, under guidance, spreadsheets, charts, reports and presentations.
- Comply with the policies, procedures and standards established by the institution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Communication, Arts, Geography, Pedagogy, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative, with the ability to propose innovative initiatives.
- Sensitivity in relating to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative attitude and team spirit.
- Availability for on-site work and travel.
- Valid Category B driver’s license (active).
- Intermediate English.
