About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitoring, investigating and triaging security alerts and incidents across our global environment
- Performing initial analysis and escalation of security events, supporting broader incident response efforts
- Working with security platforms to maintain visibility of threats
- Assisting in improving operational security processes, including identifying opportunities for automation.
- Supporting the ongoing effectiveness of security controls, tooling, and configurations
- Leveraging AI Platforms for leading players in this space to supercharge our defence and response processes.
- Collaborating closely with Security, IT, AI, Development, and regional Product teams across multiple regions.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical role (e.g. SOC Analyst, Helpdesk / IT Support with security exposure, or similar)
- Exposure to security tooling (e.g. EDR)
- Experience triaging alerts, investigating issues, or supporting incident response
- A basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and/or cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
- An interest in AI capabilities from an attack and defence perspective.
- Experience working in a SOC or security operations environment (preferred)
- Exposure to scripting or automation (preferred)
- Security certifications (e.g. Security+) (preferred)
