About the role

  • Rôle central combinant expertise RH et juridique chez Orion Pharma. Soutien aux projets RH et sécurisation des pratiques juridiques avec 3 ans d’expérience exigée en Droit social.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the rollout of HR projects and processes
  • Provide support in implementing HR procedures
  • Participate in preparing individual interviews and recurring HR activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices
  • Support managers and senior leadership
  • Assist in enforcing HR processes
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR practices and interactions with employee representative bodies
  • Draft and update legal HR documents
  • Monitor developments in labor law and translate legal changes into operational actions and processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Labor Law or Human Resources with 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and legal obligations
  • Meticulous, well organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, excellent written communication skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
