About the role
- Junior Supply Analyst responsible for contract management and supporting purchasing decisions at Orguel. Collaborates with multiple internal teams and vendors for effective procurement.
Responsibilities
- Create, enter, renew, review, and close contracts in the system.
- Monitor contract terms, critical deadlines, price adjustments, and SLA clauses.
- Organize and maintain the department's contract database.
- Support buyers and requisitioners with scope analysis and commercial terms.
- Assist in straightforward negotiations with suppliers (price adjustments, delivery times, commercial terms).
- Ensure documentation compliance (certificates, insurance, legal requirements).
- Prepare comparative analyses, supporting spreadsheets, and tracking reports.
- Interface with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, and Operations) to obtain contract validation and approvals.
- Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Currently enrolled in a postgraduate program in Logistics and/or related fields.
