Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of 3 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
Act as a **strategic partner** to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Tech market.
Develop and implement **recruitment strategies** that meet client needs and drive team success.
Stay ahead of **industry trends**, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
Oversee **salary negotiations** and manage the offer process for successful placements.
Drive **new business development**, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
Maintain your own **billing responsibilities**, setting the standard for performance.
Requirements
Proven experience **in Contract Recruitment.**
Previous **leadership or mentoring experience** within a recruitment environment.
Financially motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent **communication skills** – both verbal and written.
