About the role
- Managing residential and commercial real estate for Kita & Health Care sectors. Serving as portfolio contact, overseeing service providers, and developing strategies for long-term value enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Management of real estate with a focus on residential properties, sometimes including commercial components, as well as properties in the daycare (Kita) and health care sectors
- Primary contact for portfolio management and for internal and external stakeholders
- Management of service providers — in particular commercial and technical property management
- Identification of cost drivers and yield-reducing factors and development and implementation of sustainable asset strategies to achieve long-term value growth
- Acting as client representative (owner’s representative) for refurbishment and modernization projects
- Preparation of budgets, business plans as well as reporting and controlling for the assigned portfolio
- Ongoing property valuation (DCF), performance and profitability calculations, and reconciliation of forecast and budget planning
Requirements
- Degree in business administration and/or commercial training with an additional qualification in real estate (e.g., Fachwirt / Immobilienökonom)
- Several years of professional experience in asset management, ideally with a focus on residential real estate
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a team
- Confident manner and negotiation skills
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
