About the role

Responsibilities
- Build & Scale Systems: Design and ship production-grade applications across the stack
- Lead Integrations: Architect and implement partner integrations across diverse healthcare systems
- Data Pipelines: Develop secure pipelines to ingest and synchronize clinical data
- AI Enablement: Support integration of AI/LLM-powered services into core workflows
- Cross-functional Execution: Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software
- Full-stack capability across APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience designing and delivering 0→1 systems, including greenfield development from initial concept through production deployment.
- Experience working with sensitive data and security/compliance best practices
- Strong communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data interoperability
- Exposure to or interest in AI/LLMs in production environments
