About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing live marketing and events for innovative company. Leading multifunctional teams and managing complete project cycles in person in Rio de Janeiro.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of live marketing projects: briefing, planning, execution, budget control and post-event activities
  • Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring a trusted relationship, alignment of expectations and client satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams (account management, creative, production, digital, operations and finance) throughout project development
  • Conduct status, alignment and post-production meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Control schedules, budgets and project profitability margins
  • Select and negotiate with vendors/suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines and competitive costs
  • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Prepare performance reports and success metrics (ROI, client satisfaction, actual vs. estimated costs)
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and introduce innovations in projects and deliverables
  • Support new business development and commercial presentations as needed

Requirements

  • Project management (traditional and/or agile methodologies)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello or similar)
  • Technical knowledge in event setup, audiovisual, scenography/set design and logistics
  • Intermediate or advanced English is a plus
