Responsibilities
- Support customers on the application of Onto Innovation AOI 2D & 3D products
- Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot process integration related issues
- Evaluation of product performance and implementation of new features
- Training customers on system operation
- Provide technical direction to account team for product sales and services
Requirements
- Master degree preferred, will consider experience versus degree
- More than 8 years hands on experience with AOI products
- Good written and verbal communication skills essential
- Ability to work with limited direction and take initiative to solve problems
- Can function in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (TOEIC:700)
