Responsibilities
You acquire new projects for Fluid Handling Technology and develop our business with existing key accounts.
You supervise customer projects from acquisition to completion of samples/pre-series and drive innovation.
You manage the pricing strategy, including project negotiations.
You work closely with our clients' technical teams to design and develop solutions to their technical challenges.
You build a solid network with other colleagues to exchange ideas and best practice experience.
You provide input on market development to realize the successful and profitable placement of customer solutions in the market in cooperation with your team.
Requirements
Engineering Degree or technical education with further trainings in business administration.
5+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, key account management and technical project management.
Experience in fluid technology or a similar industry.
Strong sales-oriented and independent personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to present ideas to different audiences and communicate at different business levels.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Any additional language would be a plus.
Up to 50% willingness to travel within the BENELUX region.
