About the role

  • Manage retained (non-IFM) site services across sites
  • Serve as FM primary point of contact to service provider(s)
  • Partner with FM COE and SSG to prepare detailed specifications for tendering
  • Monitor service provider activity to ensure responsibilities are aligned with SLAs and KPIs
  • Develop and deliver applicable training material for J&J programs
  • Monitor contract budget vs. actuals
  • Provide leadership/support for contractor governance and performance management

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years facilities management experience or CRE
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Solid understanding of site services including catering, security, cleaning
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-national team
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene standards
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite
