Responsibilities
As a Co‑Founder for Growth Marketing & Business Development, you will develop the market strategy, build partnerships and sales channels, and increase One Roof’s visibility in the industry.
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue generation.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum reach.
Identify and unlock new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic partnerships.
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments.
Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive company growth.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building networks on social media
Digital affinity: understanding of digital platform economies, data analysis, and growth strategies on social networks
Willingness to learn and work with digital marketing tools (CRM, Analytics, SEO/SEA, Social Media)
Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ability to develop strong partnerships and expand networks to achieve business objectives
Sense for brand building, storytelling, and community management
Structured way of working and eagerness to take on responsibility
Understanding of Transformation Design, sustainability, and social impact
Motivation to take responsibility, make things happen, and be part of a motivated, creative team
Language skills: German C2 and English C1/C2
Experience with the construction or sustainability sectors (personal or professional)
Experience with impact-driven businesses, startups, or grant-funded projects
