About the role

  • Identify and source new clients in government, education, retail, and commercial property sectors.
  • Conduct on-site visits and client meetings to understand needs and position SSG/Omnidian solutions.
  • Develop proposals, pricing and presentations to win new O&M contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate revenue forecasts in CRM.
  • Open new OEM relationships with inverter, battery, and storage manufacturers.
  • Position SSG as the national service partner of choice through referral and servicing models.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements in collaboration with legal/finance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally selling into asset managers, property groups, government, or education.
  • Proven success in winning new contracts with complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
  • Strong experience managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to close.
  • Comfort preparing proposals, pricing models, and negotiating agreements.
