About the role

Solutions Architect focusing on fiscal/accounting systems at a rapidly growing tech company. Responsible for system architecture, sales enablement and specialized support for fiscal requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement fiscal and accounting system architectures integrated with ERPs and other enterprise platforms.
Ensure automation of tax processes and that systems comply with current and upcoming legislation.
Develop and deliver trainings for commercial and pre-sales teams on tax and accounting topics.
Create playbooks, whitepapers, and presentations so sales teams understand how offered solutions align with customer needs and regulations, and represent the company at external events to present related content.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create value propositions aligned with fiscal and accounting requirements.
Monitor the commercial team's performance and provide continuous feedback on best practices.
Provide specialized technical and regulatory support to internal teams, ensuring compliance with fiscal and accounting standards.
Serve as the point of contact between tax, accounting, and IT teams to resolve complex system and process issues.
Monitor system performance, identify and address operational gaps, and ensure continuity of critical processes.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in systems architecture, sales enablement, or specialized support in tax and accounting areas.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and tax automation tools.
Experience with system integrations via APIs and databases.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Communication: strong communication skills, with advanced proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Regularly required to prepare product presentations and develop compelling written materials.
Interpersonal Conduct: must demonstrate the ability to maintain diplomatic yet assertive relationships with other teams. Expected to balance tact and firmness when dealing with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and productive collaboration without sacrificing the necessary assertiveness in negotiations and decision-making.
Strategic Thinking: ability to position the product strategically and simplify its benefits to improve customer understanding and engagement.
Analytical ability to solve complex problems and translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions.
Leadership to drive projects and deliver effective trainings.
Proactivity and adaptability to handle deadlines and regulatory changes.
