Responsibilities
You develop, maintain and communicate process and strategy documentation (structure, workflow, checklists, etc.)
You are the first point of contact for organizational questions about the Operations process and ensure that all documentation is up to date, of high quality and accessible to the defined target group
You organize and design process-related meetings and you will develop yourself in the moderation
You will work with cross-functional teams (on different levels) to gather information and feedback for process improvements
You will be responsible for creating training materials, as well as for organizing and performing process training and knowledge sharing for the global Operations team
Requirements
You have a cross-disciplinary thinking and experience in collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders
You have first experience in moderating target group-specific meetings and have a good knowledge of the relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, concept board, Jira)
You work independently, have good organizational skills, and are ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
You are proactive and structured with a high degree of flexibility and a cooperative, team-oriented approach to work
You have strong communication skills (German and English) to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
