About the role

  • Supervise the entire Dispute function, ensuring timely and efficient handling of processes and emails. Provide training, mentoring, and support for team members in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Dispute function
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of processes/emails by employees
  • Provide training and mentoring
  • Review and handle incoming chargebacks and outgoing re-presentments
  • Assist team members with projects and support internal and external business partners

Requirements

  • Oversee the entire Dispute function and ensure processes/emails are handled timely and efficiently
  • Provide training, support, mentoring, performance evaluation and follow-up for team members
  • Prepare and communicate annual performance evaluations
  • Research and process pre-arbitrations and pre-compliance cases
  • Research and handle complex dispute types such as Arbitration and Compliance Cases
  • Review Chip Liability Shift Chargebacks in accordance with network requirements
  • Provide training and support to Financial Institutions and Credit Unions on chargeback rules
  • Keep up to date on industry information, system changes, network rules and compliance issues
  • Respond to requests and maintain open communications between team, account managers and external customers
