About the role
- Project Manager at Omexom Energy Projects managing technical concepts for turnkey energy distribution systems. Collaborating with project teams and overseeing project budgets in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Independent preparation of technical concepts and proposals for turnkey complete systems in the field of energy distribution and supply
- Full order handling through to customer acceptance and commissioning of 110 kV substations, infrastructure measures, medium-voltage handover and distribution stations, as well as associated protection and control systems
- Coordination and leadership of changing project teams
- Responsibility for the project budget and adherence to schedules
- Management of all project aspects — from installation and material resources to quality, opportunities and risks
- Competent point of contact for our customers, suppliers and internal colleagues
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering or vocational training as an electronics technician with further qualification (technician/master craftsman)
- Relevant professional experience in energy supply and distribution
- Ideally you have already managed turnkey projects across all voltage levels and are familiar with contract and claim management
- Fluent German, good English and a Class B driving license
- Proficiency in common MS Office programs and basic experience with SAP
