About the role

  • Quality Manager overseeing process and quality management in energy infrastructure projects. Responsible for project documentation quality and PMO meeting organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and roll out processes within projects in the overhead line sector.
  • Review implemented processes, monitor their effectiveness, and evaluate improvement measures.
  • Ensure quality in document management.
  • Serve as the point of contact for project teams on all matters related to processes and document templates.
  • Plan, organize, and handle preparation and follow-up for project meetings (PMO meetings).
  • Develop and apply project management tools and methods.
  • Establish and maintain a central lessons-learned database.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in a business or technical field, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Fachwirt or technician).
  • Whether you are an entry-level candidate or have several years of experience in process and quality management, we offer an appropriate entry level for you.
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications is required.
  • Additional experience with MS Project is advantageous.
  • You are a team player with assertiveness, a quick grasp of new information, and strong organizational skills.
  • You hold a category B driver’s license and are willing to travel regularly (approx. 3–4 days per week).
  • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level), are required.
