Responsibilities
Advising and supervising overhead line construction projects — particularly during assembly and dismantling work, stringing operations, and special projects.
Providing technical support to construction and project management on complex assignments during the execution phase.
Preparing and contributing to technical concepts such as crossing-protection, stringing, or grounding concepts.
Conducting project site inspections and developing technical concepts as part of tendering processes.
Participating in innovation projects and planning and organizing pilot trials.
Temporarily taking on leadership responsibilities, for example in the event of short-term absences of construction or project managers.
Requirements
Completed technical qualification (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a comparable discipline).
Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or line/utility construction.
Strong technical understanding and high advisory competence.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
Willingness to travel within Germany and, if necessary, internationally.
