Responsibilities
Consulting on and supervising overhead line construction projects — especially during installation and dismantling work, stringing operations, and special projects.
Technical support to construction and project management for complex tasks during the execution phase.
Preparation of and contribution to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing, or grounding/earthing concepts.
Conducting project site inspections and developing technical concepts as part of tender/bid processes.
Participation in innovation projects as well as planning and organizing pilot trials.
Temporary assumption of leadership responsibilities, e.g., in the event of short-term absence of site or project managers.
Requirements
Completed technical education/degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or similar)
Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or line construction
Strong technical understanding and high advisory competence
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Willingness to travel within Germany, and possibly internationally
