Responsibilities
- Advise on and supervise overhead line construction projects — in particular assembly and disassembly work, stringing/tensioning operations, and special projects.
- Provide technical support to site and project management for complex undertakings during the execution phase.
- Prepare and contribute to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing/tensioning, or grounding concepts.
- Conduct project site inspections and develop technical concepts as part of tendering/bid processes.
- Participate in innovation projects and plan and organize pilot trials.
- Temporarily assume leadership responsibilities, e.g. in the event of short-notice absences of site or project managers.
Requirements
- Completed technical qualification (e.g., civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction engineering, or similar).
- Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or utility/line construction.
- Strong technical understanding and excellent advisory skills.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and, if necessary, internationally.
