About the role

  • Senior Product Manager enhancing product performance and user experience in a leading digital marketplace company in Brazil. Focusing on data-driven strategies and agile methodologies for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the Qualification and Performance strategy, aligned with the company’s growth objectives and user needs;
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize performance and personalize the results shown to advertisers;
  • Work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience;
  • Test, iterate and implement new features, continuously improving the platform experience;
  • Monitor and analyze key business and experience metrics (such as engagement, ROI, full conversion funnel, impressions, click-through rate, time on site, leads) to measure the impact of improvements and ensure continuous optimization;
  • Lead a high-performing cross-functional squad (designers, engineers, data analysts, among others) to ensure value delivery and alignment of initiatives with strategic objectives;
  • Foster a culture of experimentation by running A/B tests, user satisfaction surveys and quantitative/qualitative analyses to validate hypotheses and improvements;
  • Track market and competitor trends to bring valuable insights and best practices for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager in digital products;
  • Ability to define data-driven strategies and prioritize initiatives with measurable impact, focusing on user experience and product performance;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and managing cross-functional squads;
  • Advanced analytical skills to identify opportunities and make strategic, data-driven decisions;
  • Familiarity with data analysis and AI tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, databases, SQL, GenAI, etc.);
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to ensure alignment across different areas and stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, Technology and Data Science;
  • Experience in the real estate classifieds or marketplace industry is a plus.
